The room is mostly private and a unique suite sized room(195 square feet) Please excuse the order of the photos as it won’t let me arrange them) It has been used for and allows room for a bed, dresser, sitting area, small dinette set. etc. There is a corner storage cabinet that has been used to put room a microwave, air fryer and coffee maker which you may use as a desk too. There is also cocktail table/small entertainment center that will stay (both in pictures) too. There is access to main kitchen but due to my use and space that is limited, however, I am flexible with that mostly so you can access it when needed for large meals and baking. There is space in the kitchen/dinette are if you want to put a standing pantry or small breakfast buffet. You will be welcome to use the sink, disposal and dishwasher, naturally. You will have access to washer and dryer and there is a separate full size refrigerator freezer that you will have. You will need your owner dresser, bed, couch/loveseat and whatever else you wish. You will have access and sole use of the guest bathroom which is rarely used when I have friends or family over (toilet only btw). You have a back door in your room that provides access to a nice back yard. The entrance to your room is nice in that it is a private entrance off the garage area where there is a space for you and some area for storage. The house is centrally located within:

There are no other occupants and I am the sole occupant and owner of the house although I have family and friends that visit. I am a generally a quiet and private person that also loves social settings and people. I enjoy working out, cooking, music, movies, the outdoors and adventure. I am very clean, organized and drama free and appreciate the same. The vibe in my house is clean, organized, positive, zen, warm, no drama and welcoming, like me.
