Upstairs bedroom with walk in closet, black out curtains and mini fridge. Available unfurnished. Bathroom is shared with 1 female roomate. The bathroom has dual sink/vanity areas. Full use of laundry room(washer/dryer) and kitchen. Utilities included are: (gas, electrical, water, WiFi) Community: Has great hiking trails, parks with pickleball/tennis and basketball courts. 2 swimming pools, gym, 24/7 security patrolling the community and ample street parking.

We are 3 adult female professionals mostly in healthcare. All friendly and easy to communicate with but understand daily interactions are not always necessary. We have created a clean and peaceful environment for ourselves where we feel comfortable and treat each other with mutual respect.
