Im looking to start a new lease for a 3 bedroom apartment in Concord, Walnut Creek, American Canyon, or Fairfield areas.

Bonus feature: I have a large 4-station home gym setup (approx. 10x10) that will be shared and set up in either the living room, dining area, or garage. It’s clean, organized, and includes dual weight stacks, leg press, chest press, hip abductor, ankle cable, and more. Roommates must be okay with a shared gym space.

Estimated rent is around $1600-$1650 per person, with utilities separate (approximately $150–$200, depending on usage).

You’d be living with me (future roommate) — a 28-year-old female looking to team up with 1–2 females, LGBTQ+, or nonbinary folks (no straight men).

I’m quiet, respectful, clean (shoes off in the house), and caring. I value open, direct communication and am hoping to create a peaceful, friendly home.

Work schedule: • Mondays & Tuesdays: Overnight shifts — out of the house roughly 4:00 PM – 10:00/11:00 AM • Wednesdays: Out of the house until about 11:00 AM • A couple other days per week: Work from home around 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, making outbound calls

Because of this, I’m looking for roommates who are mindful of noise during work-from-home call hours and respectful of reasonable quiet hours after ~11:30 PM (lower TV volume, general consideration).
