About the room
We live in a lovely 2 bedroom/2 1/2 bath Condo in Henderson NV. The private bedroom we would like to rent to the right individual is a NEWLY FURNISHED room. It has a PRIVATE ENSUITE, which is nicely decorated. There is a large patio in which to relax in the cooler Spring and Fall months and is very nicely decorated.
About the roomies
I am a 67 year young female and share my lovely home with my senior partner of 10 years. He and I are very friendly, caring and thoughtful individuals. We share our lovely Condo with our two adorable Fur Babies (Dacshunds), BeBo and Benny. They are the loves of our lifes!!! We are quiet and are sure to make our Roomie feel right at home, but would allow him/her their privacy and space. The Roomie would have access to the laundry facilities, kitchen and the living room and dining areas. We want our Roomie to feel right at home. WE HAVE JUST FINISHED REDECORATING THE ROOM WITH NEW FURNITURE AND FURNISHINGS.
