Walking distance from Belle’s coffee shop and restaurants. Very calm, quiet complex. Internet, water and gas included in rent. Electric would be split between me and roommate.

I am a 33 yo teacher with a cat - pretty friendly, but also happy to have my own space too. I love to cook, and to sit out on the back patio, looking at the mountain. Looking for someone tidy, and committed to keeping the kitchen and shared bathroom clean. :)
