This listing is for 2 rooms on the 3rd floor of a nicely furnished row house. The front room has a double bed, dresser, and a sitting area with 2 chairs and a table. The back room has a large table/desk and a wall mounted hanger bar for clothes. The room is presently furnished but I would be happy to remove the furniture for a nice tenant with his/her own. The room comes with dedicated cabinet space in the kitchen and refrigerator. Washer and dryer in the laundry room which the tenant is welcome to use (efficient sized loads please). There is a 2nd toilet in the laundry room which comes in handy when the main bathroom is occupied. WIFI, at 800mbps, is available throughout the house at no charge. There is a decent grocery store a block and a half away called C Town Town. The corner bodega, just two doors down, is quite convenient and surprisingly not pricy given its size/proximity. RULES: Absolutely no in-room smoking, quite hours 11pm-7am, no overnight guests unless registered, in-room dining okay but dishes must be cleared same-day.

I am a lecturer at Globis University - Graduate School of Management in Tokyo but these days I teach online from home. I teach courses on corporate strategy/globalization. I moved to Tokyo Japan in 1993 where I lived until the summer of 2021. While I was based in Tokyo greater Asia was my business territory throughout so I have traveled to countries like China, Singapore, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Korea etc. more times than I can count. I live in the back bedroom of the house. The large bedroom in the front is listed on Airbnb. The most usual type of guest is someone who has moved to Lancaster for work and is looking for permanent housing.
