The house is 3 bed 2 bath. Has shared living quarters but no one is on top of each other. Kitchen, dishwasher, fridge with your own space, bath/shower combo. Use of the back patio with grills, a fire pit, and seating. New washer/dryer. Your room is your room it has a closet, curtains, it will have a separate lock with two keys. Respect is the biggest thing if you’re up late just do your best to be quiet for others. If you have an animal it will likely need to be kept in the room due to other animals (cats) in the home. There is a big back yard. Keeping it clean is a big deal. If you create a big mess then just clean it up, no dishes left in sink (there’s a dishwasher). It’s pretty laid back if you want to smoke definitely outside. All windows and doors must be locked when you aren’t there for safety reasons. It’s close to the beach, close to grocery stores, in a nice neighborhood, the property is always kept up. Guests are allowed but please have it be people that are trusted! Nothing needs to go missing.

A lease will be signed violation of the lease voids security deposit and will be taken to civil court.

I’m Jake I’ve lived here for going on three years I work during the morning. It would be great to have not just help with rent but also to give someone a spot that needs it. It’s myself in the house. Laid back, likes music, movies, and fires.
