I am currently looking for a roommate situation, (female) that would be willing to move in to my three bedroom rental house with me. Rent is crazy high these days and I can’t afford rent on my own at the moment.

I do have a child who is not yet school age, but all around quiet, respectful and well behaved. They are not living with me at the moment but may be in the next year so that’s something you would have to be okay with.

Cleanliness is a plus but not strictly required (nobody is perfect and i understand that)

• No frequent/unknown visitors that could be a threat to my child, must be approved by me.

• Private bathroom

• Shared kitchen and living room spaces.

Female only, BUT regardless l’d run your info thru my background checker to make sure you’re not gonna k*ll me in my sleep, (or be a creeper) must pay your bills on time, & be responsible. non-smoker pls.

What you do in your personal time is your personal business, not mine, but no other drugs, or drinking that could cause disturbance to my child or I.

I’m just looking for someone who is clean, responsible and chill, for a minimum of a year. Must have decent credit to be able to get approved by the company as a roommate.

I am a 24 year old female who is in college and working. Im home only about 50% of the time and when I am at home Im usually sleeping, doing school work, cleaning my room, cooking etc. very chill and reasonably quiet. No drugs, social drinker, and i don’t smoke.
