Looking to rent out a private portion of my house. You’ll have your own entrance, bedroom, and bathroom on a separate side of the home for privacy. The main kitchen and living room are shared.

There’s also a spacious second living room that works well as an office, art space, or co-working space that I would be open to sharing.

The house is located on a quiet, private road, about a mile from the Orange Peel.

Outside, the yard is private and wooded with plenty of gardening space. For storage, there is a well-insulated attic and a cellar available. Parking is private and located behind the house.

A little about me and the household: I work a hybrid schedule, generally between 7am and 5pm. My home is a retreat and a place to recharge. I am LGBTQ+ friendly and aim to create a welcoming space for everyone.

I have a gentle, 12-year-old black lab who is a beloved part of the home. She’s sweet and well-mannered, but she does prefer to be the only dog. All other pets are welcome! A background check will be required per landlord’s request.
