All the bedrooms are upstairs. It’s a small room but quiet and has a sweet cozy feel. The house is large with 2 living rooms, a fridge you share with 1 or 2 other roommates, I have my own fridge. There is a half bath downstairs in case the shared bathroom is being used. Washer and dryer and pantry downstairs. I have created a garden bed in the back yard and a very hard earned flower area! The bedroom looks a little different and I will up date the pictures once the current roommate finishes moving her things.
Right now I am sharing with one very lovely couple. He works for Tesla and she is looking for work. We are all good communicators which means we know how to listen not that we talk all the time, and would like someone who is the same. We can be sociable but keep to ourselves. No parties, infrequent guests. Overnight guests must check in with roomies first make sure no one is under the weather. That said, I’ve never gotten sick from a roommate.
