Your private room Includes use of the kitchen (refrigerator, gas stove, etc.), bathroom and other shared common areas of the home. -Extra space directly outside of bedroom for private use
Rent: $405/mo. Plus $70/mo. Utilities (Gas, Electric, Water, etc.), Wi-fi, Laundry.
The security deposit may be paid over two months with $295 paid the first month, and $180 paid the second month for a total of $475.
About the roomies
Shared areas include the kitchen, bathroom, and other common areas. We allow one person per private room. We ask all roommates to help with keeping the home clean, and taking out trash, etc.
