Renting one bedroom in a two bedroom house for a female. One female tenant already there. Shared utilities includes Front porch enclosed, and back decking overlooking a treed back yard. Oak Knoll subdivision.
About the roomies
I do not live at the property I am the owner. A fortish female lives there and works as a CNA. Tenant has been there five years and maintained and been diligent in keeping up the property. She works full time, is very pleasant and a quiet person . The tenant has a small 10 pound dog a rat terrier who defends the house. She is a private person so I will not say more. i don’t really know what more to say. She is there infrequently and in and out, you will probably pass most of the time she has a private bathroom so the master bedroom and bath are available for the new tenant I think there will be no issues accommodating the same house.
