The room is pretty decently sized and it’d be a private room. You’d have the main bathroom, but that is the only bathroom with a shower. High speed wifi through a gaming router, all basic kitchen appliances with a good dishwasher and electric stove top.

The living room is furnished, I have some of my stuff out there currently but will move most of it into my room when I get a roommate. I’ll leave the tv out there for whoever wants to use it.

The property has a bunch of other features in the middle of the complex, (I can message you a walkthrough video of them). They include a gym and sauna, dog park, pool, volleyball pit, fireplaces and grills, as well as a basketball court, and laundry mat for 1.75 per load.

I’m 21 years old and recently evicted my former roommate as he decided to not pay for 3 plus months.

I keep to myself but will talk if you happen to be more extroverted. I’m active and work as a barista, while taking in some money from mma and other activities.

Pretty quite as I use headphones for most of the things I do, quite hours are technically from 10:00pm-6:00am. However the neighbors don’t ever really make any audible noise.

I don’t smoke or get drunk, and value not being lazy lol. If you smoke do it on the patio, and just be respectful and clean up after yourself every time so we don’t get any ants or roaches. Finally just don’t take the Lord’s name in vein and we’ll be cool.

It’ll be your responsibility to make a payment for 585$ give or take with heating, per month.
