About the room
The girl who was going to room with me got accepted for a job out of state, so… I have a room in uptown available. I want someone else to roommate with for 6 to 12 months initially so I can save money (if you decide to stay longer, cool!) You MUST be able to put your name on the lease as well, so you’ll have to apply through my landlord.
The townhouse is in Uptown, but it’s not one of the newer places. Would be a great chance for someone starting over. Your share of rent would be $925 with a $350 deposit. You have your own room and bathroom.

About the roomies
Me: I am clean, friendly and sociable. I run a nonprofit and travel a few times a year. I walk/ jog around Uptown sometimes, so you’re welcome to join me! I’m looking for a roommate because the government overhaul impacted our pay: so again, I need to save money. I am NOT interested in dating a roommate. I do NOT smoke anything and prefer my roommate doesn’t either, and I mainly work from home.
