Private room in small (1000 sq ft) home, share bathroom and all common areas, have full basement if need some storage (some!) washer & dryer in basement, fiber internet, all utilities included. Home is partially remodeled. Private yard with fence, front porch. Fully furnished. Looking for female who is quiet, no drinking no smoking no drugs inc. marijuana, no partying, really do not want any visitors but we will see how it goes.
