In Kitchen and Living room area has a 65“ Flatscreen TV and new roommate will have use of a 25CF French-Door Refrigerator and double Kitchen cabinets above the counter and below the counter. Wifi speed is 300 download and 75 upload speed. The home has dual AC and Gas heating for each area of the Main living areas and Bedrooms area. Room that is coming also has vents from each section of the duel ac’s and duel gas heating so when the bedrooms side are on and the living area are on there is a thermostat that you can control yourself if the owner is not on site. There are a gated play pool and a covered patio which includes a gas barbeque. No maxima stay and you have a 1 weeks notice for the first month paying weekly and a one months notice once the renter period goes to paying monthly.
