The home is located in Fletcher between airport road and Hendersonville road. It’s essentially a brand new house just built in 2023/2024( I’m the first tenant). It’s a two story house with a 2 car garage. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and an office with a full bathroom and living room. Upstairs is roughly 1,000 sq ft of living space with a second living room as well. The upstairs could essentially be treated as your living space aside from a small office room and the second of the 2 rooms I would use periodically when family is in town(which is maybe 2-3 times a year). The master bedroom is downstairs which I currently occupy. Shared common areas are also located downstairs. Kitchen, laundry room and dining room and a half bathroom. I’m pretty organized and clean so that would be the expectation for the common areas at minimum.

I’m a full time firefighter, so my schedule is a little different than most. I also work a part time job 8-5 which means I’m not always home. Originally from South Florida, I’ve lived here for 2 years now. I’m a sports guy, I enjoy being outdoors and I’m pretty laid back so I’m not opposed to hanging out if we jive or a beer or just keeping it casual with things related to the house. I also enjoy our local breweries, live music, pickleball, fishing and a good waterfall. I’m looking for a trustworthy and honest individual to split rent with. I’m fine with smoking but it must be kept outside. My current lease runs until August of next year but If you feel like you’re a good fit, shoot me a message. You would need to be ok being added to the lease which would more than likely be revised and extended for a year from that day forward.
