I live up in the hills with nature with outstanding therapeutic views in an older historic home. If you love wildlife this is the place for you. Furnished private bedroom in a two bedroom 1.5 bathroom single family home. Very quiet neighborhood. One car parking within property. No pets please as I’am allergic to cats and dogs. Walking distance to hiking trails down my street. Close to the 60 E fwy, markets, restaurants, parks, theaters and gyms. There are no bus stops within a half a mile from my location. A vehicle is mandatory. There are no other roommates in the residence which brings a more peaceful atmosphere. All utilities are included with free high speed wifi. I don’t allow a heavy drinker or cigarette smoker in my home. Month to month lease. The room is for one (1) person ONLY. Female and male are welcome. I don’t allow overnight guest. Since I live in a hilly area cars with front low ends e.g. BMW, Mercedes will not work regarding parking. SUV, Toyota and Honda work good. I can only have one (1) car to park on my property by tenant. No street parking is allowed in my area. I don’t except GR subsidy as a from of rent payment.
