Room is $800, unfurnished and available early June.

Rent includes fiber optic wifi, water and garbage, and then electricity is split.

It’s a three bedroom single story house, you will share it with me and one other roommate. There is a fenced in front and back yard. Lots of storage space available in the garage.

We keep things neat and tidy, clean up after ourselves almost immediately. Looking for someone who also enjoys a clean and comfortable space.

A cat or maybe two is possible if they can get along with my pup, a small and sweet but sometimes bossy havanese, unfortunately she’s not great with young or excitable dogs but a quiet older dog may be a good fit.

There are several nice parks within a few minutes walk including a brand new one just behind the house. About a 10 minute drive to Powell Butte and Mt Tabor.

We are queer friendly and accepting of all people’s.

Will want to briefly meet to make sure we are a good fit for each other.
