Spacious bedroom with ample closet space available in a 4-bedroom home in Trenton. Two rooms available total. Can be furnished or unfurnished. Must be clean, tidy, and courteous to others. Additional storage space available in the basement and possibly garage if needed. Located near Sibley and Fort St in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. About 10 mins from Downtown Wyandotte and Downtown Trenton. 15-mins to Wayne County Community College. 20-mins to U of M Dearborn and Wayne State. We do not allow smoking on/near premises (edibles are fine, I’m just sensitive to smoke), and do not allow shoes beyond the entryway. Deposit is $500 (refundable assuming no damages), and $100 non-refundable cleaning fee used at move-out. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions! 🙂

Currently myself (32f) and my fiancé (35m) living here. We’ve been together for 10 years. We have 2 bedrooms available total at this time. We do not have kids or pets (I’m allergic to dogs, unfortunately). We both work full time. I work in the medical field, he works in banking. We’re introverts and pretty quiet. I like to play music while I meal prep, but otherwise I’m usually reading, at work, at the gym, or scrolling mindlessly on my phone.
