About the room
The apartment is fairly spacious for the price. We have a back patio and yard. There’s washer and dryer on site. The pantry is large. The bedroom is slightly smaller at about 10 by 12 but I figured I could free up half the linen closet. If you have living room furniture, my couch and coffee table are fairly old so I wouldn’t mind moving those out to make room for yours instead so you don’t need to use storage or get rid of furniture you may like. Rent includes garbage and water. I’m covering internet and utilities. The full rent price is 1070. So part of what I listed is for utilities. The internet isn’t that much so I’ll just cover that in full. I’ll cover most of the utilities more often than not. I figured that would be fair since your bedroom would be a bit smaller.
About the roomies
Residents include myself and my two animals: Apollo the cat and Grizzly the dog. Both are 10 year old and easy-going.
Grizzly is part chihuahua dachshund. He is gentle and loves people. He especially loves giving kisses and getting attention. I take him on short walks a few times a day. He rarely barks at all. Usually only barks if he sees one of the neighbors walking their dogs.
Apollo is a fluffy light orange cat. He’s shy at first but slowly warms up to people. He enjoys cuddles and sometimes gets fussy when his demands for attention aren’t met. He can be a bit of a bully to Grizzly but Grizzly has learned how to annoy him right back. A very sibling coded relationship.
Neither of them are destructive. They don’t chew or scratch furniture.
Finally, my name is Caitlin. I work from home doing authorization for Home Health. I enjoy all manner of crafts and often have projects. I like board games, card games, video games. I enjoy watching all sorts of shows and movies, especially animated or horror. I also like reading (especially manhwa and manga) and love to learn new things. I’m interested in exploring a bit more and I’m open to learning and trying your interests as well.
I have ADHD so I can have a hard time keeping track of things sometimes but I try to keep things neat. I’m a friendly and accommodating person so I want you to feel comfortable living here. If possible, I’d like to be friends. Maybe we can help support each other in personal goals.
All I really ask in roommate is mutual respect, kindness, and to please pay your part of things in a timely-ish manner (they don’t tack on late fees until the 8th so you know, there’s wiggle room).
