Hi all! My roommates and I have a room opening up in our 3 story home in Conshohocken in the next month. That room is on the second floor. The house is pet friendly (with a one time pet fee), currently home to a small dog that stays in a bedroom, and some neighborhood cats on the porch.

We’re a 5 minute walk from the Conshohocken regional rail station, 10 minute walk to Fayette St, and a block from the Schuylkill River Trail. The rent is split 4 ways right now so it’s a very affordable $475 per person and then we all split the utilities even, which averages out to $100ish a month. First & last & security depoit required

We have two living room areas on the first floor, laundry in unit and a spacious patio and back yard. One room is available on the second floor, and the 3 floor bedroom is an attic/loft space.

We’re looking for people who will be respectful and keep shared spaces clean. Open to male or female roommates, have had both in the past, 20s or 30s with a full-time job or a student, preferred.
