I am currently renting out in my 2.0.2.1 house one extra room. It also contains a full size basement (can share to an extent) and a garage with an attic as well. Located right off I-280 and right before I-75. I am looking to rent it out to the right person to share with me pending a full background check. The living room comes fully furnished and dinning room as well as office space. Internet is provided, you would only be responsible for paying your part of rent to me as well as assisting in additional water usage/electricity consumed by you. Everything in my house is brand new, and you will be expected to clean up after yourself. This is a very safe neighborhood with police pass by every 25 minutes. This is a solicitor forbidden village, with top law enforcement 2 miles away.

A quick run down of me. I am currently a 36 year old man in the middle of a potential divorce I am trying to prevent. I have one younger daughter under the age of 10. I am a very clean person and just trying to get through the next 6 months and see where it goes from there.
