It’s got brand new carpet, one window, one smallish closet, full size tub with shower & toilet just for you and it’s right next to your room. It’s furnished but I can move things out for long term rental if necessary. The kitchen is large and totally stocked. Everything except food is included in the rent. (Electricity, water, internet, parking, trash). It’s located 2 miles from the beach. The state park trails for walking and biking are accessed just across the street. I might consider having children stay here depending on different factors that we can discuss. This is for preferably short-term but I will also do long term rental. Couples welcome for short term rental only, and only if you aren’t the fighting and bickering type.

I am a creative single lady who lives alone. Circumstances out of my control have forced me to make some life changes so I’m taking this scary step and opening my home to strangers for money! I’ve lived in this house for 17 years. Two older female cats who are very sweet and boring and very afraid of people also reside here. They run and hide when people come over but get used to things fairly quickly. They really dislike loud people more than anything and they will nit allow other pets to be brought in. Sorry about that. I work from home, so I am here pretty much all the time. I keep a very clean and very quiet place. Sometimes i do like to listen to music a little loud but I won’t bother you with it. The street is quiet, The neighbors are quiet. It’s peaceful and lovely and I want to keep it that way. There is a double concrete driveway, but you might be able to park inside of the garage depending on what type of car you have. The backyard is enclosed with a privacy fence and I also have a screened in patio connected to the house that you might enjoy. There is also workout equipment that you would be welcome to use, including an elliptical, an inspire weight machine, a big set of dumbbells, exercise balls, and resistance bands too! Theres plenty of space to use everything. I have a fireplace which I use when I can and in the summer, which is almost a year round, I keep it pretty cool inside. There is a washer and dryer on site as well. I don’t drink or smoke. (The home is smoke free) I do not allow parties, and would rather you have minimal visitors, if any. I prefer no drinking but if you really must then I hope you would not do it here. If this set up sounds like something you would be able to deal with then please reach out!
