• The bathroom is down the hallway, next to the bedroom (lots of storage space)
• In-Unit Laundry
• Patio and Backyard
• Fully furnished duplex - shared kitchen and living room space
• Includes bed, TV mount, and small couch, if desired.
• Rent includes gas, heat, water, trash, electric, AC, and internet.
• Basement storage included

Responsibilities:

• Portion of Rent/Utilities
• Own Groceries
• Cleanliness of Bedroom and Bathroom
• Snow Removal Help (sometimes)
• Lawn Care (most likely will be taken care of by us or a third party)

Location: We are near the bowling alley, thrift stores, restaurants, and downtown Waunakee. The location makes commuting to the east and west side of the Madison area easy.
