• Smaller private room: $950 Master bedroom does not come furnished but has plenty of space and storage. Its own private bathroom with 2 sinks, bathtub, shower and extra closet space. Smaller private bedroom is unfurnished, feel free to put your stuff in, we have a dresser and plenty of storage space. Kitchen is very spacious and would be ideal for someone who loves to cook! One big fridge and a big freezer in the garage. Neighborhood is very quiet and in central Roseville. Close to a lot of shopping, parks and food! Rent includes utilities such as water, electric, gas, trash and internet.

Landlords live in the downstairs bedroom and there is 1 gentleman who lives upstairs down the hall. We are all working professionals, so the house is very quiet. Basically only 2 people are often living here, I’m working full time in Napa Prefer a tenant with no pets even though I really love them.
