One or 2 bedrooms, upstairs (rent increases for 2 bedrooms- can negotiate). Access to own restroom and living room upstairs. Home has updated kitchen, game room & pool. Home gym in garage.
About the roomies
50+ year old mother, professional, works regular Monday-Friday hours so quiet time after 10 pm is a must Sunday through Friday. Early riser when working (5:00 am). Daughter comes home some weekends from college and her room is also upstairs- will have to share bathroom on those days). We have a dog but do not want other pets in the home.
Looking for another professional who is respectful of personal space and boundaries. Can have children who visit and use the space to stay if they are college age or older. Non-smoker, please. Would be nice if roomie is personal and shared similar interests (working out, gardening, cooking) but not required.
