Looking for a low-key housemate to rent my room in a shared house with 4 others. The other housemates are respectful late twenties male professionals who are into gaming, music, and tech.
Location is south of Manchester near McGuire Hospital - 12 min drive or 35 min bus ride to VCU. For those who value peace and quiet, this is the quietest room in the house with three doors between it and the rest of the house - you can’t hear anything when they’re closed.
Renter will preferably be 25 yrs or older and a working professional who can respect shared spaces and house rules. No smoking, no pets. Pre-screening questions will be asked before completing a full application involving credit and background checks. Message me for details or questions!
