I’m the homeowner and live here. Just finishing a certificate as a paralegal at Bucks County Community College. I’m easygoing, respectful, and like to keep a calm, comfortable home. I’m fairly quiet, and mindful of shared spaces, and I appreciate open communication and mutual consideration. There is one other tenant who is also very quiet. I don’t host parties and prefer a low-key household. This would be a good fit for someone who’s clean, reliable, and looking for a peaceful place to come home to.
