We will share my house. I live six miles north of downtown Prescott, close to Embry-Riddle University. Willow and Watson Lakes are close enough for quiet escapes, and there’s a nature park right in the neighborhood (Pioneer Park Nature Park) where one can slow down, and take a walk in nature. For exercise there is Pickleball courts sit just off Commerce Drive, with a dog park nearby that adds to the sense of community. Everyday conveniences—grocery stores and fast food, gym are within a mile from the house.

I’m an outdoor enthusiast and enjoy hiking, biking and travel. I’ve always been a creative artist and paint in the third bedroom. This would be a lovely fit for a college student looking for a quiet and comfortable space. The private room is fully furnished with a queen-size bed, dresser, TV, computer desk, and a mini fridge for added ease. The space includes everything you need—all you have to do is bring your clothes and make yourself at home. You’ll also have access to the washer and dryer, with up to two loads per week. The backyard is beautiful with views of Thumb Butte and Granite Mountain. I have nice lounge furniture and even a hammock for naps. There is a grill you can use as well. I’m looking for one responsible, respectful person to rent the room with me. This is for a single occupant only—NO couples, smoking, drugs or pets.
