Very clean and organized single looking to rent out a room or two to a couple of nice females close to my age. I’m friendly but very quiet and am used to quietness. I like to have fun and go out dancing etc. I have two small Yorkies, so my roomies must like small dogs. No other pets permitted. I run a business from the property so tenant must be okay with that. Will allow laundry usage as long as tenant does not leave laundry unattended. Kitchen will also be available for use along with all dishes/pots/pans/etc. As long as tenant immediately cleans up after use. No parties. No smoking or drugs. 30-day trial period to see compatibility.
