The apartment is located in The Promenade apartments, about a 5 minute drive from Irvine Spectrum.
Room details:
• Rent - $1850/month + $400 security deposit
• The room has its own bathroom, closet space, and parking. Living room + balcony wil be shared! All hardwood, first floor 2 bedroom unit.
• Move-in = February 9th

• All utilities and wifi will be paid by me including wifi

Nina (she/her/hers) is 28 years old, a UCI grad (Anthropology) and is currently on break from acupuncture school.
I am Lafayette (he/him/his), also 28 years old and a UCI grad. I am currently a part timer, freelance professional, a musician, and content creator.
