I am semi-retired female PhD who currently rents unit and lived here 3 years. My background is 25+ years of international marine conservation. Currently purging a lot of clothes, books, “stuff”, etc but this will be contained in my areas! Landlady lives in studio on property. A second studio below has a nice WCC marine conservation grad student minimalist. Upstairs 2bedroom has a young (early 30s?) female. Sadly, not allowed to have pets in these units.
