We have a 11x12 room that shares a bathroom with two people opening up in our house. The house has five roommates total, with two girls, two guys, plus you. IT is a clean house and we want someone who will help us keep the house a clean and positive environment.
The house has high speed internet, AC, two furnished living rooms, three fridges, and lots of kitchen storage space.
The common areas come furnished but you have to provide your own bedroom furniture.
The room is about 120 square feet plus big closet. The room is tucked away in the house so it is pretty quiet. The house is energy efficient but we do run the AC and heat. All utilities except PGE are included in the rent.
I In the house 2 guys two girls in there 20s and 30s. We want someone who is clean and will be friendly with us.
