I have 2 rooms open. There is driveway and street parking and a very deep pool lol. 10/15 mins north of GCU and right by ASU west valley campus and ACU The neighborhood is safe a has a lot of old people so it is always quiet. Common areas are furnished and the kitchen also has everything you’ll ever need. I have beds in the vacant rooms but those can be removed is wanted/neeeded

About the roomies

There are currently two of us in the house. We both like the spaces to be clean and we are big on communication. We like to ride streetbikes and go to the gym and occasionally dance in the kitchen while we make food lol.
