The room can be furnished, or mostly unfurnished, & has a sliding glass door, (not used 4 entering the home). Small pet(s) poss. This is a quiet home. No drugs, including NO 420/WEED Smokers PLEASE! (Sorry.) It’s on a mostly quiet, safe street. Parking is usually easy, depending on your schedule, or paid parking is available if u prefer.
About the roomies
I’m a Very honest, nice female, w/some med’l probs. The other person is also female, & rents out another room. She’s really nice, easy to get along with, & willing to help out. We’re not LGBTQ, but I don’t care if u are & I’m sure she wouldn’t care either, (but not in SD to confirm rt now).
