About the room
Available bedroom in a house for rent. It’s on the north west side of Grand Rapids right off of the Bridge street Hill, where there are shops and restaurants within walking distance. Available immediately. Has heat and air conditioning and storage space. There are one and a half bathrooms in the house, and they are all shared. Laundry is in the basement.
There is bike parking and is close to bus stop.
Heat and electric bills are split between all residents. Everything else is paid for including Internet, trash, recycle, water, etc.
If interested, please message me and we can set up a time for you to come see the place. If you do end up wanting to rent the room, there is an application on Turbotenant that you will have to fill out that costs $55 in that covers your background check and credit check.
About the roomies
Two other roommates, who are quiet, responsible and don’t like drama. There are also two cats who are very friendly.
