About the room
Entire third floor of a house for rent for $750 a month. It’s on the north west side of Grand Rapids right off of the Bridge Street Hill, where there are shops and restaurants within walking distance. Available immediately. Has heat and air conditioning and storage space. There are one and a half bathrooms in the house, and they are all shared.
There is bike parking and the house is close to a bus stop.
Heat and electric bills are split between all residents. Everything else is paid for including Internet, trash, recycle, water, etc.

About the roomies
Two other roommates in the house who are quiet, responsible and don’t like drama. There are also two cats who are very friendly.
