One bedroom in a two bed apartment. I have two cats that live here as well! Biggie and yogurt, they are very polite and well behaved. I am also slightly allergic to cats and mine give me no problems, I figured I’d let you know!

Some keys about the area: Placed in a quiet wealthy neighborhood, there is a couple parks and restaurants in walking distance it’s a generally walkable/bike-able area. We are near the 36 and multiple RTD bus stations as well which has come in handy. We have a small balcony, community pools (two), sauna, extra community showers at the pools, and very helpful leasing office staff. Parking pass comes free as well once you are put on the lease. We have luxer one lockers for packages so they never get wet or stolen (I thought this was nice haha). We have community laundry which is 1.50 per load, so I end up spending about $15/month or so here. Neighbors are never too loud, respectful as well.

It will just be me living here, you would be replacing my current roommate. I’m a 22 year old non binary woman, I’m not a student and I’m currently working part time as a barista at Dutch bros. I like to do art (paint, sew, sculpt, poetry, really anything), play guitar, sing, do outdoorsy stuff, I love fashion, my friends and just enjoying life!

My criteria for a roommate: you have to be very clean, be willing to use a chore calendar type of system so that neither of us ever ends up doing the larger share of house chores (this has proven to keep good vibes lol), I will not accept users of any hard drugs (I don’t mind weed or mushrooms type stuff honestly, but hard no to everything else sorry), preferably around my age, and most of all I want to be able to be friends! If not friends, we at least have to get along well because this will be a little community and I’d love it to be cozy and comfortable! We will be living with one another at the end of the day :)

Current ends in July, and I’m looking to sign on for the next year since that is the most affordable option!

My roommate and I currently are super close, she’s only leaving because of school abroad 💔 ideally I would like another roomie I can hangout with and stuff, and I’m sure she would be down to chat with you if you wanted to ask her anything questions as well!
