Hello - I have a home that has recently been completely remodeled. The upstairs is completely vacant and there are two bedrooms and a full, completely remodeled full bathroom. Accept for the upstairs (your floor), the entire home is already furnished, as the photos you see are from when I first moved in.

Single guy here, age 59, and I am the owner of the property. There is internet, Spectrum cable capability and the room currently has a queen size bed which has never been slept on and a TV set up. I could add more furniture if needed or you could bring you own. If you smoke anything, please do it outside. No drugs, no drunks, no drama or nonsense here please. I do drink, but not to the point of it being problematic, love to go out, but I am one that goes out early, and is home early, especially on work nights.
