Primary room with separate bathroom. This room can be furnished if needed with a queen bed and end tables and dresser if needed. Smaller home in size but cozy. Large yard for dogs to roam and play ball in. House is in a cul-de-sac, close to Fred Meyers, and fitness centers like 24hr, and Planet fitness. Safe neighborhood for those who have kids or will have kids visit and with room to play in neighborhood. Close to SR500 and C-Tran bus lines 72 and 7. Room can be furnished as well needed

The room will be available to view on the 1st of July. Roommates request the room to be viewed after they leave. The house and space described is viewable prior to moving in.

Previous Roomies got engaged and are moving from the primary room they occupied to a place of their own. I’m a 40+ Male who owns the home and I’m looking to share my space with others. I work from home on the weekdays in IT for Providence Health and drive uber on weekend nights. I do my best to maintain a clean space.

Everyone can use a fresh start and place to call home around good people with a willingness to cohabitate well with others. When in doubt let’s talk and connect and see if it’s a good fit. I consider myself understanding as life just makes things/obstacles harder to find a place to call home for awhile.
