It’s a 4 bedrooms 3 baths house. The house is about a 5 minute walk from D park which has tennis courts, bball etc. The house is a few minutes in a car from SSU. The house is also only a few houses away from a golf course entrance.
There is ample parking space with a 2 car garage and washer and dryer and space available in the garage if you need a little bit of storage. The house also includes a pool which is maintained by a pool guy and a large backyard. The house is pretty nice but you should see it for yourself.
