Summertime Rental Only - July-Sept : ————————————————————- Three month summer vacation short stay rental is $5000 up front for the summer with a security deposit of $2000, with ID & background verification.

Yearly/Multi-Year Rental ————————————- One year stay is $1375 monthly, two year stay $1275 per month for one person, couples welcome for an additional $375 a month with pay stubs, application fee and 1 month security deposit varies by length of stay and season. Cash payments required.

Renter is responsible for cleaning & maintaining their own room and all common area’s in the shared spaces like laundry area, kitchen, dining table, living room, hallway & bathroom etc. Also, is responsible cleaning up any mess renter may make, regardless of the room and maintaining clean, safe and respecting each other, boundaries & space.

Please note: no smoking, no drugs, ni vaping, no other over night guest, alcohol is allowed in moderation as long you maintain respect, & kindness inside my home. Keep it fun, light, peaceful & respectful. No parties!
