This is a peaceful mid-sized home in a safe neighborhood with plenty of parking. Three bedrooms, two baths (the one you would be using is newly remodeled). The backyard has a nice patio area surrounded by grapevines and fruit trees, with a firepit. You have full use of the home - kitchen, laundry, and all common areas including an area we use for meditation. There is a little extra garden space if you are so inclined.

There is no lease - it’s month to month but prefer someone plan to be here at least three months.

We are looking for a third woman to share our multi-generational home. Its an easy place to live. We are friendly and respectful of each other’s space, and quiet at night. One of us is a retired college professor and one is in her twenties with a background in fundraising. We like dogs! But allergies mean it would have to be non-shedding, and also means that it’s a fragrance free home (we don’t use body products with fragrances or scented laundry products - but we love the smell of delicious cooking!).
