This is a lower-level apartment. I love this apartment building because it is in a good walking area. It is a very clean property.

I am a single female who substitutes in the Cedar Falls Community School District. I am also 29 years old. This is a nice apartment right off of W. 4th St. in CF. I have lived here since August by myself. I am looking to share my space with a responsible individual. I am responsible myself. I don’t do any drinking or anything like that. I would like someone to be a student. We would have to talk about summertime. I would like someone to think about staying during the summertime. I will let you know that I am it is okay to be student only in the area for the spring semester. I have the current lease until the end of July 2026.
