Double occupancy room in a quiet neighborhood with respectful neighbors. Apartment is half a mile away from University of California Riverside, making it ideal for students. The university food village is also half a mile away, along with grocery stores and other restaurants.

About the roomies

Roommates are named John, Mauricio, and Andy. John is very nice, Mauricio is outgoing as well. Andy is generous. They are all very quiet, but will be more than friendly and welcoming to you as they were to me. Cleanliness is important. Andy is an EMT and also is not really around so you will pretty much be having your own room for most of the week. Mauricio / John are both comedic, please respect them and they will make your life a lot more happier.
