Hi everyone! I just resigned my current lease and my roomie has chosen not to. That being said I’m looking for a new roommate!

Place is the lower level of a house a couple blocks from Bridge street and walkable to several restaurants, bars, and coffee shops! In unit laundry is included. Rent is $700/month plus utilities (I do my best to keep these as low as possible) there is also no security deposit due as that’s already been paid. I do have a smaller dog so please no additional pets.

Main areas are fully furnished and the kitchen has anything you could need. Neighborhood is quiet and I’ve never had any issues with neighbors or people in the area.

I’m a 31 year old professional who works during the week. I tend to watch a lot of YouTube and movies. I love playing board games and Magic the Gathering. I’m fairly quiet, respectful of other’s space, and am always open to guests being over. I also love to cook and bake so you’ll never go hungry!

I have a smaller 8 year old well behaved dog. He’s extremely friendly and sleeps most of the day. He’s also very quiet.
