This apartment is a huge one bedroom with the room upstairs and a living room, kitchen, as well as a full size basement with a sheet rocked ceiling otherwise un finished but otherwise very clean down down there and warm. It’s a spacious place. Willing to share the huge bedroom upstairs which is roughly 20x40 ft and can be separated in half with me or the basement for a couple or someone on their own the basement is huge and warm about 25ftx45ft.
