Looking for someone to take over my lease at the Evolve on Main. I am looking for someone who wants to move into one bedroom in a four-bedroom place so you have your own bathroom. There are two other girls. Rent is $619 and includes water, sewer, garbage, cable, and wifi. Electricity is separate and split between all roommates. The lease ends in July but you can renew after. I don’t have a reserved parking spot but it will be for an extra $75 a month if you are interested. It is fully furnished with new appliances. Amenities include 24-hour gym, sauna, and yoga studio, free tanning, free printing, study rooms on each floor, outdoor barbecue and fire pits, rooftop patio, club room with table tennis and pool table, garbage shoots on each floor, and two elevators in the building. It comes with a smart TV that has Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Youtube, etc. on it. It comes with central heating and AC. Pet-friendly! Washer and dryer in unit. Two really friendly girls live in there. They’re senior. Going out and like to making friend. Like football. One major in sport management and the other is major in general management.
