I have a Master Bedroom to rent in a lovely area of San Marcos. The house is recently remodeled in a Modern/Minimalist design which is open and full of natural light. . The home is Newly Painted - New Flooring - New Appliances - New Furniture. The house is located on a cul-de-sac that’s right next to a small park, which is great for walking dogs. The room has high speed Wifi, T.V. cable, and Netflix included. I’m a work at home writer - with a healthy lifestyle. Am looking for same in roommate. I would prefer a mature professional female (non-smoker). The room is available now.

At the moment there are no roommates living here. Any roommate should not smoke and live a healthy lifestyle. Someone who will take care of the house as if it were their own.
